Besides SMEs, can universitites and research centers participate in the project?
Not a university, but for research centers it depends on whether they are considered an SME or not (please do an SME self-assessment test here). Universities or research centers that are not SMEs could, however, participate as subcontractors.

First contact must be done to regional focal point depending on the region of the applicant SME (please see the Contacts section).
Should the SMEs be at TRL6 and end at TRL9, or how?
No, an SME could start at TRL 6 can end at TRL 7 or start at TRL 7 and end at TRL9 (for example). The objective is to help an SME with minimum TRL 6 to obtain a higher TRL.
Is this Call for project subject to MINIMIS?
No.
SMEs that can apply should be only from the three regions that are part of the CESAM project?
Yes. However, the SME can participate if the headquarters are outside the CESAM area but the SME has a branch within one of the three regions and the project is carried out in this branch.
If a company wants to address two of the topics, is it more interesting to submit two nominations or a single project that addresses both topics?
It depends. A maximum of 2 projects can be submitted. If you submit 2 projects you can opt for more funding (max 60.000€).
Can a company of technical solutions be subcontracted in different projects?
Yes.
Approximately, how many open projects will you finance?
It depends on whether more individual or collaborative are presented, but a selection of 30 SMEs is expected.
